Sparc Cricket Academy is led by two head coaches. Sushanth Konda is a former Karnataka state team captain who played professional cricket at national level in India and the United States. Vishal Patel is ICC Level 1 certified (since 2011) and actively coaches the NJ Titans at the US Premier League.

Every session covers batting, bowling, fielding, and match strategy. Beyond technique, coaches work on match awareness, mental game, and team habits so students can apply their skills in real match situations.

Year-round coaching is open to ages 6 and up, with age-appropriate groups for U-10, U-13, U-15, and older cricketers. The Kids Summer program accepts children starting at age 6.
